I am certified in Hatha Yoga (200hr RYT), a Mahamudra Coach, and a specialist in Rebirthing Therapy (Breathwork). Currently, I am deepening my studies in a postgraduate program in Neuroscience of Breathing, exploring how this simple act can directly influence our physical, mental, and emotional health. My purpose is to teach techniques that help reconnect the body and mind, bringing more presence, clarity, and well-being into daily life.
